I co-founded Civilla, a design and innovation consultancy whose work the Executive Office of the President named the national benchmark for delivering public services "at the speed of need." For fifteen years I've helped government leaders adopt new technology and new ways of working across the regulated programs millions of residents depend on.
I lead Civilla's research on how institutions adopt AI, and I use Claude daily to build prototypes that explore what AI can do in public service delivery.
Across my career I've redesigned public programs, led innovation work, and built the relationships that move government to change. I'm focused now on supporting these institutions through the transition to transformative AI.
